Probationary Firefighter Luke Fava made the most of yesterday’s beautiful weather by taking on one of AHFD’s most iconic pieces of equipment — our 100’ aerial ladder truck.
Luke showed confidence and enthusiasm as he completed his first climb to the top, a key milestone in the early days of every firefighter’s career. We’re proud to see our newest members embracing the challenge and putting in the work to become strong additions to the Arlington Heights Fire Department.
Great job, FF Fava — keep climbing!
