The Arlington Heights Fire Department was honored to welcome a special visitor this week, Arlington Heights resident and Mrs. Illinois, Tracy Heisler Drost.

Thank you to Tracy for taking the time to visit with our members and learn more about the services we provide to our community each and every day. Opportunities like this allow us to share a closer look at the work our firefighters do while strengthening our connection with the residents we serve.

We appreciate your support and interest in the Arlington Heights Fire Department!

Members of L3105 had the privilege of supporting the Schaumburg Professional Firefighters Association IAFF LOCAL 4092 by staffing a truck company yesterday, helping ensure their crews could attend services for a fallen brother.

We were joined by Rolling Meadows Firefighters and Paramedics, IAFF Local 3075 and Mount Prospect Firefighters IAFF Local 4119 at St 52.

Moments like this reflect the strength of the fire service, where departments come together without hesitation to support one another and the families we serve.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Schaumburg Fire Department and to the family and friends of their fallen member.

The members of Arlington Heights Firefighters Association Local 3105 extend our deepest condolences to our brothers and sisters of the North Maine Fire Protection District on the loss of Lieutenant Andy Klatt.

Lt. Klatt dedicated his life to the fire service, serving both North Maine and Northfield Fire-Rescue with pride, leadership, and unwavering commitment. His impact as a Lieutenant, mentor, and friend reached far beyond the firehouse.

After a courageous battle with occupational cancer, his passing is a powerful reminder of the risks this job carries long after the call ends.

We stand with our brothers and sisters in North Maine during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with Lt. Klatt’s wife, family, and all who had the privilege to serve alongside him.

Rest easy, Brother.RED Center is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Lt. Andrew Klatt of the North Maine Fire Department.

The North Maine Fire Department is an important part of the RED Center family, and our thoughts are with your members as you navigate this loss. We also extend our condolences to Lt. Klatt’s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.
